Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of LudoNaira, operated by Get Moore Services Limited in Nigeria. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them in full.

1. About these Terms
LudoNaira ("we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Get Moore Services Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with its place of business at Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms apply to the LudoNaira website at https://ludonaira.com, the LudoNaira Android application, and every related sub-domain, API, widget and mobile interface (together, the "Platform"), as well as all text, graphics, video, audio, software and other material made available through them (the "Content").
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Fair Play Policy and Responsible Gaming & Gambling Policy, form a single, binding agreement between you and us. Individual contests, tournaments and leagues may carry additional rules shown before you join; those rules form part of this agreement too.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. For material changes we may additionally notify you by email to your registered address or by an in-app notice. If you keep using LudoNaira after a change takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms; if you do not accept them, you must stop using the Platform and may withdraw your eligible balance in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Your licence to use the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install the app and use the Platform and Content solely to play the skill games we offer, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved.
- We may add, change, suspend or remove games, features or Content at any time, and may set general practices and limits on use of the Platform.
- The Platform may display advertisements and promotional material.
- Data, airtime and internet charges incurred in accessing the Platform are entirely your responsibility.
- Match results, statistics and similar information on the Platform are provided for convenience; you rely on them at your own discretion.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a resident of, and physically located in, Nigeria when you play.
- Access may be restricted from any Nigerian state where real-money skill gaming is prohibited or restricted by state law. It is your responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful where you are; we are not liable for your breach of applicable state law, and penalties imposed by a state or federal authority are yours alone to bear.
- We may use technical measures, including IP logging, device signals and location checks, to verify your age and location, and we may request proof of age or identity at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided, we may suspend or close the account.
- Providing false information (including age, identity or state of residence) may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances, without compensation.
5. Registration and your account
To play you must register an account with accurate details, which may include your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and state of residence. Your mobile number is verified with a one-time passcode (OTP). We may accept or decline any application for an account at our discretion, and our decision is final.
- One account per person. You may hold only one LudoNaira account. We may restrict, suspend or close duplicate accounts without notice, and balances in duplicate accounts are liable to be forfeited.
- You must not sell, rent, transfer or share your account, or access the Platform through another person's account.
- You agree to keep your registration details true, accurate, current and complete, and to update them when they change.
- If a username is obscene, abusive or likely to bring the Platform into disrepute, we may change or remove it without prior notice.
- Your participation in any contest is voluntary and entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Account security
Access to your account is protected by OTP sent to your registered phone number. You must not disclose your OTP or other credentials to anyone or allow any other person to use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, and for protecting the information you store on the Platform, including usernames, contact details and bank information.
Check your wallet balance regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access or activity, contact support@ludonaira.com immediately.
7. Game of skill, not betting, not a lottery
LudoNaira offers ludo contests that are games of skill: success depends principally on a player's knowledge, attention, experience, strategy and decision-making rather than on chance. While every game contains some element of chance, in our contests that element is substantially outweighed by skill, in how you move tokens, manage timing, weigh risk and respond to opponents.
The Platform is not a lottery, betting or wagering product and does not offer games of chance for money. Nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling within the meaning of applicable Nigerian gaming legislation. 8. Wallet and payment terms
Your LudoNaira wallet is organised into two balances:
- Play Money, amounts you deposit through our payment partners, available to enter contests or to withdraw.
- Winnings, amounts you earn from contests you win.
The following payment terms apply to every transaction on the Platform:
- All user funds are held in a designated non-interest-bearing account, separate from our operational funds. The funds are held for your benefit; payouts from that account are made only to users (withdrawals), to us (platform fees) or to the government (any tax we must withhold on winnings).
- Platform fee. We may charge a service fee for hosting a contest. The fee is always shown before you join, may vary from contest to contest (for example by number of players or entry tier), is inclusive of applicable tax, and is debited from your balance when you enter. A receipt or invoice for the fee is available on request.
- Entry contributions. When you join a contest, your contribution to the prize pool is debited first from Play Money and then, if needed, from Winnings. Within Play Money, older deposits are used before newer ones. If your balance is insufficient, you are taken to the payment gateway to top up; any excess you add is credited to Play Money for future use or withdrawal.
- We act as an intermediary in collecting and distributing the prize pool and claim no right or interest in it, except for our disclosed platform fee. We may, at our discretion, add our own contribution to a prize pool to boost it.
- Bonus money (signup or promotional credits) can be used to play but cannot be withdrawn as cash. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions shown at the time of the offer.
- We may decline to provide services to any user at our reasonable discretion.
9. Withdrawals and verification (KYC)
You may withdraw eligible funds to a verified Nigerian bank account or supported wallet held in your own name, after completing identity and bank verification in line with Nigerian law, including the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022. Verification may involve your National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), a valid photo ID and proof of your bank account. You consent to us and our authorised verification partners processing this information for these purposes.
- The name on your ID and bank account must match the name on your LudoNaira account.
- We may decline, reverse or withhold a withdrawal where documents are found to be incorrect, misleading, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; where eligibility criteria are not met; or where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion or a breach of these Terms.
- You warrant that every document you submit during verification is a true copy of the original to which it relates.
- Winnings not withdrawn within 180 days of being credited may be transferred automatically to your registered bank account. If no verified bank account is on record, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before that transfer date so you can complete verification.
- We do not charge a processing fee for transferring Winnings to your registered bank account. Timelines and full procedures are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Rules of the game
The standard rules of LudoNaira ludo contests are set out below. Contest-specific variations (entry, prize split, duration, player count) are always shown before you join.
- Each player receives four tokens. Players roll the dice in turns to move their tokens around the board towards home.
- Scoring.Each box a token advances from its starting point counts as one point. A player's score is the sum across all their tokens, and a token's points are doubled when it reaches home. The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
- Turn timer. Each turn must be played within the time shown (typically 15 seconds). A missed turn is skipped; a player who misses three consecutive turns is removed from the game.
- Extra rolls.A player earns an extra roll for rolling a six, for sending an opponent's token back, or for bringing a token home. Three sixes in a row do not earn a further extra roll, and combined events in a single turn earn at most one extra roll.
- Captures and safe cells.Landing on a box occupied by an opponent's token sends that token back to its start, except on the marked safe cells, where tokens cannot be captured.
- Equal turns. All players receive an equal number of dice rolls, including where a game is extended for that purpose; extended turns must also be played within the turn timer.
- Game end. A game ends when its set duration lapses, when one player gets all four tokens home, or when only one player remains in the game.
- Leaving a game. In paid contests, players who exit early are ranked backwards in the order they left (first to leave ranks last). In free contests, only players who finish are eligible for a rank.
- Ties. Where players tie on rank, the prize money for the tied positions is pooled and shared equally among them.
- Joining. A contest starts when its countdown reaches zero, provided more than one player has joined. A late joiner may enter only within their first three turns of the game. If a contest does not start, or you do not join it, your contribution is refunded.
11. Winners and prizes
- Winners are decided by contest score. Where a contest has multiple winners, prizes are distributed by final ranking, exactly as displayed on the contest page before it begins.
- Winners are notified through the app and/or the registered email address. Where additional verification is required to release a prize, the required documents and deadline will be communicated at that point; prizes are released only after verification succeeds.
- All prizes are personal and non-transferable.
- Any transaction or transfer charges levied by banks or payment providers on prize delivery are borne by the winner.
- If a user playing paid contests is found to be under 18, we may disqualify the user, forfeit prizes and suspend or close the account.
- We may vary or substitute prizes where reasonably necessary, and our decision on the award of prizes is final. We make no warranty as to the suitability or merchantability of non-cash prizes, to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not responsible for failed prize notifications caused by inaccurate or incomplete registration details.
12. Taxes
Where Nigerian law requires us to withhold or deduct tax on winnings, we will deduct it before crediting your Winnings balance and remit it to the Federal Inland Revenue Service or other relevant authority, at the rate prescribed from time to time. Evidence of any such deduction will be made available to you. You remain solely responsible for any other taxes that may apply to you personally. All amounts on the Platform are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
13. Fair play, collusion and fraud
Our compliance systems and team monitor gameplay across the Platform. By using LudoNaira you agree not to engage in any unfair practice that gives you or anyone else an improper advantage. In particular:
- Collusion and coin dumping (deliberately losing to transfer value between accounts) are prohibited. Coin dumping attracts a penalty of at least 40% of the amount involved, and we may permanently block the accounts concerned and forfeit their balances, including pending withdrawals.
- Deposit-and-withdraw cycling. Depositing and withdrawing repeatedly without playing a reasonable number of games is treated as suspected money laundering, is a breach of this policy and may attract penalties, reporting to authorities, or both.
- Transacting with fraudulent accounts or payment instruments may lead to confiscation of the account balance, locking of the account and legal action.
- Sanctions for unfair play range from monetary penalties and temporary suspension to withdrawal blocking and permanent deactivation, at our reasonable discretion.

14. User conduct
When accessing or using the Platform, you must not:
- use bots, scripts, emulators, scrapers or other automated means to access, index or interact with the Platform, or otherwise access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
- interfere with the proper working of the Platform, impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or transmit viruses, worms or other destructive code;
- reproduce, republish, sell, trade or commercially exploit the Platform or its Content without our prior written consent, or use our data to compete with us;
- impersonate any person, solicit money, passwords or personal information from other users, or send spam or mass messaging of any kind;
- post or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, invasive of privacy, harmful to minors, misleading as to its origin, or that infringes any third party's rights, including intellectual-property rights;
- sell, assign, rent or trade your account or any virtual attribute associated with it.
You may encounter content posted by other users that you find objectionable; please report it to us and we will act as we consider appropriate. If we reasonably believe you have breached this section, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your access, remove content, withhold prizes, report the conduct to law enforcement and pursue any other remedy available to us. Any unused balance in a closed account is transferred to your verified bank account on record, less any applicable processing fee, unless it has been lawfully forfeited.
15. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, source code, games, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video and animations, is owned by or licensed to Get Moore Services Limited and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual-property law. No right, title or interest passes to you other than the limited licence in Section 3. Requests to reuse our content can be sent to support@ludonaira.com.
You are solely responsible for any material you upload, post or transmit on the Platform ("User Content"). You warrant that you own all rights in your User Content and that it infringes no third-party rights, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for operating and promoting the Platform. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners.
16. Testimonials and publicity
If you provide a testimonial, or accept a prize, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use the associated recordings, images, text, your name, likeness, voice and biographical details for advertising and promotion of the Platform, in any media and territory, without further compensation, except where you withdraw consent in writing for future uses, or where applicable law provides otherwise. Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activities; participation details will be agreed in advance.
17. Third-party sites and services
The Platform may contain links to websites, payment providers and services operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or actions. Your dealings with any third party, including payment processors and verification providers, are between you and that third party and are governed by their terms, which you should review before transacting.
18. Disconnection and technical issues
- Once a game has started, problems on your side, slow or dropped internet, device faults, low battery, lag or freeze on your network, do not entitle you to a refund of your entry.
- If a game fails because of a problem on our side, server crash, software defect or service malfunction, we will cancel the affected game and refund entry contributions after verification, with no platform fee charged for that game.
- We are not liable for prospective winnings from any game that could not be completed.
19. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, availability, security or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your account may occasionally be unavailable, including for maintenance and updates.
Playing skill games for money involves a risk of financial loss and may be addictive. You participate voluntarily, with full knowledge of the risks, and you assume responsibility for any financial loss arising from your participation. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of third parties, network or power failures, system attacks, labour disputes, civil unrest, acts of government or natural disasters.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Get Moore Services Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, including loss of data, income, profit, opportunity or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Any claim arising out of these Terms or the Platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Moore Services Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors and partners from all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your breach of these Terms or of applicable law (including the laws of your state); your User Content; any use of your account, whether or not authorised by you; or your use of the Platform. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
22. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform, or any feature, at any time, including without prior notice where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or unfair play, or where required by law. Balances obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited; other unused balances are transferred to your verified bank account, less any applicable processing fee.
On termination you must stop using the Platform. Provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination.
23. Communications
By registering you consent to receive service communications from us by email, SMS, push notification, phone call and messaging apps, for example OTPs, transaction confirmations and important account notices. We may also send promotional messages about the Platform and offers; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time via your account settings, the unsubscribe option in the message, or by writing to support@ludonaira.com. Please ensure emails from us are not routed to spam; we are not responsible for messages you do not read.
24. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If a dispute arises, write to us first at support@ludonaira.com, most issues are resolved by our support and management teams. Failing that, the party raising the dispute shall give written notice to the other, and the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably within fifteen (15) days. A dispute not resolved in that period shall be referred to arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, seated in Lagos, Nigeria, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 (as amended). The award shall be reasoned, final and binding; each party bears its own costs and the parties share the arbitrator's fees equally unless the tribunal directs otherwise.
Subject to arbitration, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including for interim or injunctive relief which either party may seek to protect its rights.
25. General
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced with a valid one closest to its original intent.
- No waiver. Our delay or failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity; you will be notified of any such assignment. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
